Although we have have been in business since 1975, the last five years have really been what truly defines us. We deliberately and single-mindedly charted a 180 degree course away from the questionable practices by which most dealerships conduct business. We embraced the Customers for Life philosophy and discovered what real service was all about. We eliminated all add-on fees like the dreaded "dealer fee". We ended the practice of marking up high-demand (and not-so-high demand) vehicles thousands of dollars over MSRP. We learned that refunding an unhappy customer's money is not the end of the world. We allowed ourselves to be who we really are: nice, honest, and hard-working.
We don't believe in gimmicks. We don't believe in hype. We do not shout. We do not advertise "sales" every weekend. We offer unparalleled customer service and fair prices. We do this in a zero-pressure and relaxed environment. We don't send in wave after wave of "closers" and insist that you "buy today". If you are just looking for information, we'll gladly provide it. If you need time to think about your decision, that is perfectly okay with us.
I enjoy the work that I do and I sleep soundly knowing that I'm doing it ethically. I also enjoy helping people and using my 40 years of automobile experience to educate consumers in need.
